Gestão da qualidade de serviços: soluções para hostels

São Paulo é um dos principais destinos turísticos do Brasil, reconhecido por oferecer serviços qualificados para atender os turistas. Nos últimos tempos, um tipo de meio de hospedagem que tem ganhado popularidade é o de hostels. Em função da Pandemia da COVID-19, porém, estas empresas foram afetadas negativamente. O objetivo deste trabalho foi descrever e analisar um grupo focal realizado com alunos do curso superior de Gestão de Turismo, utilizando o método de “sala de aula invertida”, no qual os alunos discutiram alternativas para solucionarem alguns pontos que apresentaram baixa satisfação dos hóspedes, segundo o conteúdo gerado pelos usuários, observados em sete hostels da cidade de São Paulo, isso considerando os critérios de localização, limpeza, atendimento, custo-benefício, funcionários, comodidades, conforto e wi-fi, nas plataformas digitais “TripAdvisor” e “Booking.com”. Para a execução da atividade foi utilizada a técnica do brainstorming, que tornou possível elaborar treze propostas, das quais foram selecionadas e agrupadas as cinco potencialmente mais viáveis para que os alunos realizassem um plano de ação capaz de orientar a aplicação de tais proposições, no qual especificaram a atividade, o prazo, o responsável por realizá-la e as observações contendo o detalhamento das ações a serem desenvolvidas.
