The research in Hospitality is based on the premise of sharing and of the collective and is inevitably inserted with the other and not on the other. In this paper, we will use the interviews carried out and published with Luiz Octávio de Lima Camargo, Conrad Lashley and Anne Gotman to establish a dialogue with these researchers and among such under our mediation about the paradigms of the Hospitality. The methodology is based on the content analysis of such interviews and on the participant observation of each interview carried out in situ, added to ethnographic elements that make up the analysis from our point of view. These researchers were the inspiration for several studies of what we rethink here as Brazilian Hospitality Schools - effectively treated in the plural. Just as there should not be a single History (Adichie, 2019), there cannot be a single Hospitality, since the dangers of a single History are the same as those of a single Hospitality: the creation of stereotypes and stigmas.
