The curricula of Tourism Graduation Courses and, in some cases, even the Hospitality Graduation ones, include several disciplines related to the area of Communication: Communication Theories, Public Relations, Publicity, Photography, among other. Some of them, considered pioneers, start to include the image and imaginary study, in a communication semiotic point of view, going beyond the marketing. This study intends to analyze the context in which this new approach is included, and to reflect about the didactic transposition of these contents, in the logic of Tourism and Hospitality Graduation Courses.
