Abstract

Este número especial da Revista Hospitalidade (em edição conjunta com a Research in Hospitality Management) foi pensado a partir de algumas inquietações surgidas no decorrer dos anos em que vimos nos dedicando aos estudos de hospitalidade. Foi estruturado como parte de um projeto capitaneado por mim e pelos professores Luiz Octávio de Lima Camargo e Conrad Lashley, envolvendo pesquisadores e instituições de ensino dos Estados Unidos, Brasil, Holanda, Inglaterra, Escócia, Austrália e Espanha e que também envolve a realização de eventos científicos...
