Abstract

Modernity faces a complex crisis, marked by an extreme technological advance, however without enough time for adaptation; while excess of information increases uncertain, as nobody knows for how long information will last. Facing so many difficulties, society searches attenuating actions. The Programa Ação, from Rede Globo, points out to several such activities, therefore, programs broadcasted between January and July, 2006 were appraised showing that the target of a non discriminatory society will happen only with a non discriminatory action.
